Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to Helical Singapore household appliances purchased within Singapore, providing coverage for manufacturing defects and faulty materials under normal household use.
2. Warranty Period
- The warranty period for the product is 1 Year from the original date of purchase.
- Extended warranties (if applicable) may provide additional coverage. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
3. What is Covered?
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the appliance.
- Replacement parts and labor necessary to repair the product.
- Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of defective components or products.
4. What is NOT Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, discoloration).
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or installation.
- Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or external factors such as power surges.
- Use of the product for commercial purposes or outside its intended household application.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

- You must provide the following information:
- Name.
- Email Address.
- Mobile Number.
- Mailing Address.
- Product Type.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
- Purchase Location.
- The customer is responsible for delivering the appliance to an authorized service center for repair or replacement, unless otherwise directed by our service team.
6. Repair or Replacement
- If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair the item, replace it, or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
- Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished, depending on availability.
- If the product is discontinued or unavailable, we may provide an equivalent model as a replacement.
7. Limitations and Exclusions
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
- Helical Singapore is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the appliance, even if advised of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from this warranty will be settled in the jurisdiction of Singapore.
9. Exclusions from Warranty:
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. Examples include:
- Scratches, stains, discoloration, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
- Damage from overheating, dropping, or using improper utensils.
- Issues caused by improper cleaning methods (rough sponges, stainless steel scrub, etc)
